I have been a valued customer of Uber since they came to Canada I am in Florida for the winter.. There were several Uber charges on my card in Montreal. They have reviewed the situation and decided they can't do anything for me.
Uber claims my phone was used to place these orders. My phone has been with me all of the time in Florida. I am completely dissatisfied and I have sent this on to my bank dispute department. But I cannot believe after being such a loyal customer to be treated this shabbily. I will never, ever use Uber again!
