I would give it 0 stars if I could. Uber is the worst customer service company I have experienced. They have no clear information on charges or upcharges. Seems to be whatever the y want to charge based on your location and ability to pay more than anything. As a first time user for an appointment, I reserved a car about 30 minutes in advance, one I realized this was a mistake it was too late to cancel as under the 60 minute time line. I ended up paying 48.00 to go 5 miles in 10 minutes. There was no way to change to regular service. My return trip was by a local Taxi in rush hour traffic which took about 20 minutes and the charge was $25.00. I will not use Uber again. No way to contact anyone to get this corrected before the ride.
