My husband and I were really shocked about the rudeness and the worst ever comportment we have noticed in an Uber USA driver!
This woman/driver was driving like crazy, whenever we asked her something, she didn’t answer us and once I told her that we want to go to a specific Stanford University building, she answered: « I cannot do anything, I am driving » in a really really bad and rude way! It was like she has met us before and did not want to serve us and was nervous! Once we were getting out of her dirty car, I told her that it’s a pity of her to be so rude and then she answered us « YOU are rude »! We were really badly surprised and shocked and I told her « ok, I will report you for this bad behavior » and of course she hastened to do the same and reported me in order to convince Uber that she is right!
And instead of investigating the case, Uber restricted my account???
Although they have never noticed any problem with our behavior all the last days we were using Uber, they restricted my account in order not to use it. I had NO attention to use Uber, as well!!!!
I am 100% sure that her bad behavior has also disturbed MANY other customers, and we are not the only ones!
