I paid 10.94 for a ride to my Chemotherapy appt. They said SORRY we gave u a 2.00 uber cash. I dont want that shi*t! I want my full refund back. The lady never showed up and she cancelled the ride BUT still got paid. While I was left at home with no chemo treatment or the money that I spent for the trip! Since u cant contact UBER directly u have to continuously email and hope that they get back with u. So they keep playing this game as if they dont see my ride and telling me its too late. Ive veen contacting them since that same day until now and they are telling me its "TOO LATE"..HOW? It shouldnt be a time frame for someone getting their money back when NOT RECEIVING the service they paid for. Im about to file a LAWSUIT AGAINST UBER FOR PAIN AND SUFFERING! I dont have the energy for them. And Ill NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
