I had a satisfaction rate of 87% because in several deliveries of different dates they did not send the correct address (number of apartments or apartment building numbers and in another they sent me to an apartment and the customer lived in a house) , when you try to communicate with the customer they do not respond and the gps has its failures and they blame the driver. Driver or customer service do not give you explanations, they just listen to you and tell you to keep doing the job and then they deactivate you. The experience was really bad, I put over 3000 miles on my car a moth and I don't see the compensation to be 7 or more hours behind the wheel, wear out your car and receive $ 3.00 for a 10 or more mile trip. I hope that Justice will put a stop to this exploitation of people and their vehicles.
