Uber are very un responsible. And they do not answer the customer for days. And taking ppl money. This not right. Really. I had scheduled a trips with a few stops and the total was 19.00 but then I realized that I did not go to one of the stops. I try to go in and edit. So they indicated the trip is already reserved and I needed to cancel trip and reschedule. So when I went to cancel the trip I noticed that they were going to charge my bank and not my gift card. So anyway I cancelled the trip to rebook. Guess what within 2 minutes I was charged 25.00 well policy is if driver is one the way or cancel at least a hour before. Well guess what driver was not on the way and I cancelled 55 minutes ahead. So I have written them since yesterday and no answer. Well am going to write a review every place I can.
