Last week I took an Uber from JFK to Stamford Ct they charge me 170 dollars Going to JFK was 100 dollars That wasn’t the problem The driver was very careful driving at 55 to 60 miles taking care I guess with his new electric car I was traveling internationally I was extremely tired and he didn’t know even where to park I was waiting at the Uber pick up outside so.. I have to walk with my luggage to meet him in the wrong place that I have to hurry because the airport employee was asking him to move his car After two more hours of trip I finally get to my house Two days later I was putting my staff away from the trip and I notice that one item of luggage was missing There was like a neck pillow but is fill with clothing I try to contact the driver many times and no answer I contact Uber customer service They said a lot of things that for me don’t make sense like your responsibility your fault we are not responsables we have bathing to do I was getting so aggravated so they said they going try to get in contact to him and I ask when they are call me back and they said just wait on the phone One, yes one minute latter they said that the driver checked the trunk and nothing was found and I’m pretty sure he didn’t get in contact with the driver at all
