We ordered food from restaurant and booked Uber for pickup to deliver to our home. However, the driver partner picked up my parcel and not complete the ride and absconded. When we contacted the Uber team, they stated that they are not responsible for this. Is this their response?
What if I sent any valuable items? Is this the same response they give?
