I had 2 bad experiences with Uber and UberEats. Uber-I was drinking my coffee at the bus stop where I was going to be running late for work so I got on the app and requested a ride that would get me there in time. I see the driver look at me, not rolling down his window to ask or call me on the phone and cancels my ride stating I had no mask. Had he asked I would have pulled it out my pocket, strike 1. Contacted customer service and was basically told to F off since their drivers could cancel with due reason but again no one verified that I had no mask, I was drinking coffee! Strike 2. Now I get an email from UberEats that I request too many refunds. Really, I don’t get what I paid for and I make too many refund requests. I ordered Spanish food and received Vietnamese, I order a lemonade and don’t get my drink! Strike 3! It’s like they want your money and flip a coin to see if you get what you pay for.
