(laughing face) Well, I* lost my phone in an Uber. Had a horrible time trying to access the driver, so I did no less than 4 requests for assistance on the help line (again laughing even harder face) and was told yes it went through, a rep will call you about your concerns within 24 hours. That was 2 days ago (rolling on the floor laughing now). You do realize contract employees are still representing your company right? and you complete LACK of customer service is unacceptable. I would have given no stars. Also the foolish help line, which I had someone in Canada on my compatible device getting into the account I had trouble with, only to be told that they need the verification from the LOST PHONE to be able to access the log and contact the driver. Hope you guys understand the problem with your non-existent customer service and 1) fix the problem and give customers some confidence in your customer service and DON"T have everything go back to verify information on THE LOST/STOLEN PHONE! Can't do a picture because I have NO PHONE!!!!!
