I accidentally left my prescription glasses in a black case in the car after changing to my sunglasses in the back seat. I know for a fact that is where they were lost. Uber claims they couldn’t reach the driver even after 24 hours and then he just said they aren’t in the car. Make sure you search the car and trunk when you get out because they only want your money and couldn’t care less about you as a customer. This is ruining my vacation with my grandchildren as I can’t see without them.
