As a driver, I am so very disgusted by the ridiculous contradictions of the company. It even states in their guidelines that they actively seek feedback to help them improve the service.. so when I got an email from Uber telling me that a customer didn’t receive their order and that I need to review the Community Guideline and I should supply photographs when a customer had requested to leave their order outside.. I read the entire Community Guidelines and it has nothing to do with delivery photos.. but my main issue, sometimes the app literally doesn’t give you the option to add a photo graph when you select the confirmation of delivery. If the app lets me take a photo, I ALWAYS take a photo, but there are occasions that the option doesn’t appear in the app.. so they can’t recommend I take a photo when their app doesn’t let me… it made me furious.. so I messaged Uber Support. I got bounced between at least 11 different representatives over 3-4 days, receiving the SAME copy and pasted vague useless response to refer to the Community Guidelines.. even when I demanded to be transferred to a supervisor, I got the same copy and paste rubbish…
