I placed an order for a restaurant. Immediately after planning it I realized it was at the wrong location. I tried to cancel and they claimed the food was already prepared and I would still be charged the full amount. I contacted the restaurant and was told they had NOT prepared anything and would cancel the order. Uber claimed they could not refund my money and the merchant has accepted the order. They disconnected me. Basically stole my money. I have nothing to show for the order. The money charged was a gift! I will not use them again. They are thieves!
