I wish I could give zero stars. This was 2AM in the morning arriving in Orlando. I had 2 drivers cancel my requested pick up because they must have known the location I was traveling to was not safe and unreachable because of the weather. A third driver accepted the ride. Once we were driving I looked on my phone GPS and saw that the area we were going was all in RED. I figured the driver knew this because he was using the same map on his phone. Once we got close to the location we were turned around by the sheriff with flashing lights. The area could not be reached because of flooding and the storm. I was scrambling to find a hotel and was unsuccessful until I found something 13 miles away. This driver took the ride for the money in my opinion neglecting the safety of my family. He is the expert not me. I had no clue. They over charged me $100 for this ride from the accepted amount and when I wrote Uber they gave me a credit of .50 fifty cents. Their Customer Service is Horrible!! What a joke!! If they would have been a little more understanding of my situation and maybe taken the over charged amount off I would have been happier. Now they lost a customer. I will never use them again. Lyft or a Cab next time.
