I ordered a ride and the driver did not come to my spot, this happens in blue water shopping complex, on the 13th of October at about 18:42pm the driver said he can't come to my place that I should locate him , meanwhile locating the driver might cost me more time and I ask him to cancel the ride he refused .. because I was also trying to cancel it from my end as well but it wasn't cancelling , when I finally cancel the deducted almost half of my money I was very mad..... I was stranded to go home due to insufficient funds.. my wife had to book another ride from her end... When I got home I called the customer service which they later credit part of the money to my Uber wallet which I am not impressed because I needed it back to my account not my wallet to refund my wife , it really spoilt my day... Bad experience and the rate at which uber deduct charges that is in explainable is very very ridiculous
