I can't get ahold of anyone, your 833 number just hands up after you select option 3, i placed a ride request which was 3 hours away, i never got a response from the app, then eventually it couldn't find a driver, so it canceled itself, so I requested 2 more times then it placed a hold for my entire paycheck close to $800, there is no way to actually talk to someone and the chat was only answered to certain things just couldn't get an answer on when they will release my funds. MY ENTIRE PAYCHECK IS GONE AND HAD TO DO THE DRIVE MYSELF, with no definitive way to find out when will I get my money back
