I’ve been working with or for Uber for 6 yrs. The last 3 yrs since Covid, Earning have decreased, bonus and incentives have decrease and drivers are making less. Uber constructs a contract almost every 6 months to a yr and we don’t even know what the contract said but we end up getting less of the fare charged to the customer. The business practice is so unfair and shady that they no longer allow the driver to view the waybill (the fare breakdown) today they quoted a ride for hr and 15 min the ride took 2 hr and I had no increase in pay this is one of many things that Uber is doing. This will lower the mural of the driver soon or later. The company is becoming so shayy
