Literally was charged twice for rides I never took, made one and cancelled it two seconds I made it and was charged a cancellation fee of THE ENTIRE AMOUNT. Because I inconvenienced the driver that doesn’t even get the money from the cancellation nor had even started heading my way. Literally OVER $50 taken from my account in less than 2 days. I’m going to Lyft and DoorDash. Uber eats was garbage. They took over $200 on “ACCIDENT” then didn’t even refund my full amount back after saying they would and said they were gonna call to confirm. All of which I have on video THANKFULLY. Now this and they have no customer support so you can’t even get help. Yea, I’m done. HOPEFULLY the Uber I get tomorrow will actually be on time. Y’all can’t get the drivers here having me late almost every day. But can SURE charge my card for something I shouldn’t have been charged for anyway.
