I paid for the priority delivery fee of 3$. I watched the driver pick up my food then drive all the way across town went somewhere else then came back and delivered my food. It was no longer warm. I had screenshots of the driver with evidence of the route they followed. I asked for a refund of the priority fee since my food was not delivered first as I was under the impression it was supposed to be. They say that they couldn’t do that because my food was still delivered within the desired timeframe. I asked for clarification with the point of paying for priority is if it wasn’t dropped off first, they just kept repeating the same information and refused to refund me 3$. I’ve deleted all of Uber Apps and will never use them again based on this experience. They obviously don’t care about good customer service.
