If I could give it minus 10 right now, I would. I have spent at least 2 hours or more perhaps trying to reserve a pick up for 3 people at 3 separate addresses to get to the airport in 10 days from now. I put in one wrong number of the first pickup house and tried to change it but the APP kept insisting I confirm the number - the wrong number. I cancelled the request and started again. I got all three in there with the destination (airport) and it confirmed. An hour later, I tried to modify - change to earlier pick up time, I'm told trip was cancelled. I tried to re-book and it tells me I already have a booking (even though it shows cancelled) There is "0" recourse as no customer service. When I call your "help" line, it says I have a booking and then hang up. At least give us a chance to leave a msg for a call back. This is stupid !!
