Scheduled 2 rides in advance. Pick up at airport. Had to walk from one end to the other to get to pick up point. Texted driver throughout the walk. He called me to say ,”You’re taking too long. Get another Uber. I said, “You’re kidding!”(The site says don’t worry we’ll wait for you). He said,”No I’m not”. He then hung up on me. Name is Carl not waiting for me from a Yardley PA number. I got a cab instead. Got a call about 1/2 hour later from Steve who said I can get you. I said I was already in a cab. No way to talk to a human being. I made a complaint and the response was you knew how much the ride was before you booked it so no adjustment needed. I had to pay the cab driver, of course, and got no refund from Uber. Disgusting and disgraceful!
