When orders that should take 20-30 minutes takes an hour to reach a customer it’s ridiculous. I understand sometimes it’s busy or there aren’t enough uber couriers. But then businesses shouldn’t accept orders or if they see the uber couriers are too busy and they can’t find one, rather cancel the bloody order without any cost to the customer as it’s not the customer’s problem at this point. The restaurant can take it up with Uber to solve the problem and get their cost for the meal. I come home late from work. Rush to do laundry. While doing laundry I order dinner and my laundry is done before dinner is even picked up!!!!!
