I got charged for my meal on Uber Eats and the driver never arrived with my food. I called custom Service and all they could do is giving a $10 discount on my next order as if im going to order on ubereats again. My order was more than 20 dollars and thats all i get after paying for my food and service.
This predatory tactics against the customers are unacceptable. Stop blaming the minimum wage for those ridiculous high cost. Customers are the people that pay for services and you try your best to rip them off, it’s crazy to me.
