Never Using Uber Again - Unresolved Billing Issues and Poor Customer Service
I’ve had a frustrating and disappointing experience with Uber’s customer support. After raising concerns about a duplicate invoice, I received a response claiming the trip in question was legitimate, despite my clear evidence to the contrary. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue, Uber has failed to address my concerns adequately, leaving me with no choice but to escalate further.
The lack of accountability and poor customer service has left me deeply dissatisfied. I expect better from a company of Uber’s size, but at this point, I feel my concerns have been completely ignored. If this issue isn’t resolved soon, I’ll be forced to take legal action.
I will never use Uber again and highly recommend exploring other ride-sharing companies that offer similar fees with much better customer service and reliability. It’s not worth the hassle when there are alternatives that actually value their customers.
