I entered in the address where I wanted to be picked up and it changed it to somewhere else in the app and then the driver canceled my ride after I tried to call him and text him to correct the mishap in the app.
A proceeded to drive past me three times ignoring me and then cancel my ride without ever responding to any of my communication attempts.
I believe it wasn't the right car and it wasn't the right person that was driving the vehicle, also the windows had a very dark tint and temporary tags. It looked very suspicious and why would you pass me three times seeing that I'm waving my arms to get your attention to stop the vehicle which he was going pretty fast in a residential area.
And I can't even get anybody to talk to live nor through chat can anybody text live because everything is AI nowadays and you have to wait to get a response which is ridiculous and I will never use Uber again.
