My partner and I ordered McDonald’s. The order arrived however 2 out of 3 items within a meal were missing. We contacted uber support to complain about the missing food. They stated that it did not meet the policy to issue a refund and refused to help. They then closed the chat. The automatic chat at the end asked if it had resolved the issue, so I selected no, and it sent me to customer services instead of support. I explained again and they again, did not answer all of my questions, continued to refuse to explain how it didn’t meet the policy for a refund and then again, closed the chat on me. So I have paid for food, not received all of it, they have refused to issue a refund or contact the branch to reorder and closed the support chat twice. Joke
