Terrible Experience with Uber – Never Again! 🚫 Uber has been absolutely disappointing. I was charged double the fare for my ride, and when I reached out to their so-called “Help Support Desk,” I got NO response at all. Zero accountability, zero customer service. It’s frustrating to pay for a service that not only overcharges but also completely ignores customers when problems come up. I expected at least a reply or a solution, but instead, I got silence. If this is how Uber treats paying customers, then it’s not worth the hassle. Poor service, unfair charges, and useless support — I will not be recommending Uber to anyone.
