I want to share my recent experience with Uber, which was quite inconvenient. We booked a cab because we were in a rush and preferred Uber over public transport for reliability. However, the driver took a long time to accept the request, and after waiting so long, the driver cancelled. The same thing happened again at the airport, drivers accepted the ride and then cancelled after we had already waited 10 minutes.
This is really frustrating, especially when customers are in a hurry and count on Uber for timely service. Such cancellations not only waste time but also make the experience stressful. I hope Uber can work on reducing driver cancellations after accepting rides to improve customer experience.
