2 days in a row I walked to a location 1.4 miles from my lodgings in St Paul, MN, and took an Uber home after it got dark. There was little or no traffic and return trip should require 3 turns and the same 1.4 miles. Instead, I was taken on 2 different bizarre and tortuous routes which took longer and roughly doubled the mileage. I can think of no reason for these route changes other than to pad the bill. Customer service was worthless. They basically said, "Hey, you agreed to our price in advance." They did not address the strange routes.
