I had struggled in the beginning with Herbie's in that my package was confiscated by customs. Herbie's assured me to not get upset and they would handle it. They really did a great job of keeping me informed and replacing my order. Time of delivery was spot on and all the customer service was supportive of my emotional rollercoaster.
