Checkout was easy, it was my first-time using Herbies so I was skeptical using Venmo, but it all worked out just fine. Customer service was great, and I spoke with an actual person - I wanted to add seeds to my order just before it shipped, and they were able to accommodate that. Shipping was fast & discreet. I really liked the minimal packaging to reduce waste. I only ordered Auto strains since it was my first time, and they were super easy to grow which made the experience enjoyable. Quality was great too, I'm still waiting on a few to finish up. Overall I'm very happy with Herbies USA and I would use them again.
