I was apprehensive at first to order seeds, but the website and the FAQs were perfect to ease my discomfort. The guides are extremely helpful and it's one of the only comprehensive sites. One-stop shopping for something with a stigma around it helps ease worry as well. 1 box/shipment much easier. In addition to this great site and resources, the customer service was ever better. I was worried about a packaging/shipping issue and contacted customer service at 3 am. They answered right away and was able to point me in the right direction at 3 am. They didn't just answer, they corrected the issue. They are a great company
