I was in the middle of shopping for a new seed supplier (last one sent my 30 seeds and not one popped) and just reading reviews, etc. Ended up on Herbies. Did a chat with an attendant and asked for specific traits. She came back with suggestions. I told her I only wanted to spend $40 (not sending out hundreds ever again), bla bla bla....we worked out a deal I felt good about. They threw in 2 seeds free. This was on a Friday. Then I got nervous and hit the chat line on sat...and here comes the GOODNESS!! They are manned 24/7. Excellent help! Product shipped, wont be here for a week. TOTAL LET DOWN as I am only 3 states away. Well, they arrived in 3 days! Quality?? I put them in paper towel moistened with water and a little hydrogen peroxide (10:1 ratio). In 2 days I had centimeter roots!! Put in FoxFarm soil, and literally within a week of ordering, I had green leaves and roots. That's QUALITY, well cared for, fresh seeds. 1 is a little wimpy, thought I was going to lose him, but he's hanging in there. Wasn't worried, because I feel they would replace him if anything happened. Overall experience? 10 out of 10. This company cares. They gave me GREAT SERVICE on a little tiny order, they gave me GREAT QUALITY PRODUCT for a fair price, and they are 100% my new supplier. If there is a better supplier out there, they'll have to prove it. Herbies sets a WHOLE NEW STANDARD.
