The worst delivery experience in my life. I was promised that my parcel would arrive on Monday morning, and I already made plans and was supposed to leave the next day for 2 months. For some reason the driver could not find my adress!!! My roommate was also receiving a hermes package and she got hers and mine just drove away! What the hell!! And then I chose for it to be delivered to a packetshop that is located 5 minutes from my home (thought it would be easier for the driver to find) and it took them 3 FREAKING DAYS to deliver to the packetshop. Simply UNACCEPTABLE AND AWFUL. Would not recommend hermes to anyone.
