The ordering process and customer information provided was excellent. In terms of the lock it is definitely great quality, however I would echo comments made by John Millbank at Bennett's. It would be useful if the outer casing was a more hi visible colour, I have wound yellow tape around,so that would be thieves may be warned off. I knew before buying that the dimensions would mean that it wouldn't go around my tyre and I would have to go through the cast wheel. An even larger lock that fits over the majority of wheels would be useful. That being said very happy with the product and would recommend to any biker serious about security. Mark Taylor
