Lock seems decent. They lost a couple stars because I reached out to them about keyed alike and I think I followed their directions. Locks arrived fast, but, we’re not keyed alike. I sent another message asking how we can make it right, received no response. Ended up paying for extra keys to locks not keyed alike when that isn’t what i wanted. $700 for locks that aren’t what i ordered and another $37 for keys I shouldn’t need. Leaves a bad impression for me.
