Purchased an online order at 6:15 on a Thursday morn to be told via email it’ll be ready to collect from store the next day (Friday) Rang the store said it was on it’s way & they could see it with the courier could take until 8pm to get to them.
I’ve then had to drive to the store with is 20 miles away to be told the parcel was lost & now wouldn’t be with me for another 3 days. Order cancelled as I needed it for the Weekend when it should have been here 😡😡
