Booking and confirmation was not simple, I ended up with 2 bookings, I was alerted and cancelled 1. Shortly after I had a confirmation of cancellation and an offer of 10% off - a bit late as I still had a booking in hand.
Hotel and parking process were fine.
The steak in the attached Beefeater was abysmal.
