Easy to find (Leeds Bradford airport) and straightforward transfer to the airport. Reception staff looked a bit fed up and could have been friendlier, but the shuttle drivers were great, cheerful and helpful so made up for this, waiting for us on our return so no delay at all. The reception was in the process of being refurbished which it really needed so might be better when complete.
However, thought the parking was expensive.
