Our car was taken and returned okay. This part was good.
However at Birmingham Airport the drop off is such a long way from the terminal.
Okay if you are young and healthy! Also the trolleys we tried to obtain by payment would not release and we had to go through to the airport to enable us to get them. Surely they should be available closer to drop off.
Then a 7 - 10 minute walk with all the cases, in the dark which with all the building alterations and lack of signposting it was rather daunting.
