Holiday extras experience of booking was great, the price and communication brilliant
BUT the hotel experience I booked was awful
The hotel room was filthy, there was stains all over the carpet and noone had attempted to clean them, there was a used fruit shoot bottle left under the bedside table and stains on the underside of toilet seat. This was in room 19
I couldn’t bring myself to complain after a long drive in stormy weather arriving at 9pm with 2 tired kids on my own.
If I had of arrived earlier I’d have asked for another room.
