Great price for a weeks parking at Edinburgh however when we got back from our trip late last night we found the signage at the airport to the bus shuttle pick up point is extremely poor. The problem arose because we parked our car in the designated area then we stayed at the Moxy so we didn’t actually get dropped off at the pick up point. When we returned from our holiday we had to find the pick up for the shuttle bus
Airport staff had us walking back & forth in the freezing cold giving out conflicting information as to where the stop was. I tried calling the number on the booking and got a message saying it was not recognised.
Really disappointed to be walking around in the dark looking for the correct area.
premier-air park could surely have clear signage in the airport so customers can get to the pick up area quickly and safely
All we could see was car park pick up at area H so we headed there but this was not where we were supposed to go and the staff we talked to had absolutely no idea and sent us in completely the wrong place.
Disappointed ☹️
