Renaissance hotel was excellent, with convenient parking and great breakfast. Meet and greet at Heathrow terminal four, was also convenient and well organised. Only negative, was my mobile charger in car, had been removed from its box and left plugged into the car cigarette lighter. It had obviously been used by someone at Blue Circle Meet and Greet to charge their mobile while the car was with them. We were only aware of this, because they had forgotten to disconnect and replace it in the box in our car pocket. This we feel certainly should not have happened, and resulted in a four star, rather than a five star review.
