I had booked drop off parking with Holiday Extras at Luton airport. Unfortunately the Luton airport fire happened 2 days before my 0600 hrs drop off was to take place using Blue Circle parking. No alternative drop off point had been organised, no responses to phone calls, emails etc from either company. Now they are refusing to refund the £81 despite an admission that the contracted service was not available and therefore the contract with me was breached. Avoid both these companies like the plaque.
