Vehicle wouldn’t fit under the barrier, 2 metres. That’s lower than usual car parks.
At the time of booking there was no mention of height restriction! I understand it is in the confirmation but it should be very apparent when booking.
Extremely disappointed, nobody to contact to speak to to change or amend. Had to pay for parking at the hotel and just loose the money already paid.
