Customer service was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The winter special price is less than parking for 6 hours on the streets where I live, and at least here the car gets looked after. The buses between airport and car park after very regular, so no long waits. And, after a long day of travelling a friendly smiling face with a pleasant attitude is just what you need. Well done everyone.
