Ibis hotel was brilliant. Tea and coffee available in the room now. I am afraid Careparks didn't really CARE. We were left waiting at a cold Manchester airport for half an hour. The carpark was covered in pot holes, filled with water and dark. It was a nightmare to move suitcases and get them in the boot
