This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel prior to my vacation. On each time the receptionists were first class and prompt. The room was clean and very well looked after.
I always eat in the restaurant and praise the quality and quantity of food. I want to give a 100% credit for service excellence to a young waitress / bar stewardess I believe from the Philippines (Ann). Absolutely brilliant at her job.
