My passport was lost at the airport I missed my flight can’t get next flight because lost of my passport, asked for voucher not refund so I can use it for my next trip I am a regular customer of holiday extra but they didn’t want to know called the customer service they didn’t help , didn’t issue the voucher simply say sorry I booked the parking for 15 days
