Returning after 2 weeks of holiday, we got a nastiest surprise, our car battery died on us (the result of a very cold weather) ... imagine the frustration on us, Sunday evening in a car park with a car that won't start because of a dead battery.
Here were the car park staff comes in action and saves the day. With a great staff, fast response and a jumper pack the size of a big trolley, in 10 min, or less, we had our car started and on our way.
We can't be more grateful for the quality of service that the car park staff had shown.
